FOUNDER & OWNER
Santiago has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He has a passion for creating projects that satisfy each client. In his time off he enjoys spending time with his family and serving as the pastor of the church, Iglesia Cristo Reina in Kernersville, NC. He also is the Chief Operator of the church's radio, Radio Cristo Reyna 1590 AM.
His first priority is to build well-crafted structures that are created to withstand July's summer heat and January's freezing temperatures. He has dedicated his time to instruct his teams on how to provide turn-key outdoor living spaces that leave homeowners fully satisfied.
